Welcome to Papa's Ukuleles
Providing custom made Uke's using love and quality craftsmanship. Each Ukulele is handcrafted, one by one. We use various recycled and fallen woods to construct the highest quality Ukuleles.
We use Hawaiian Koa and Mango as well as local California woods including Sycamore. We can craft a Ukulele using pretty much any wood. The Ukulele construction process starts in the forest and is then taken to the shop, and ends up in a musician's hands. If we don't use recycled or fallen wood, we try to use woods that have a high renewal rate as to not deplete natural resources.
Playing a custom Ukulele is a pleasure for musicians of all ages and skill levels. The small size and traditional 4 string layout, make it an instrument that anyone can learn to play with a little dedication.
